PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE FOR OXYGEN GENERATING PLANT
IB#2026-06-025
1) The Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Medical Center (GCGMMC), through the 2026 GAA/Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Three Million Ninety Thousand Philippine Pesos only (Php3, 090, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Services: Preventive Maintenance for Oxygen Generating Plant under IB#2026-06-025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The GCGMMC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project using the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Services is required within six (6) months. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
