1) The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), through the PAGCOR-s Corporate Budget for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Six Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Eight Pesos (PhP8, 687, 278.00), VAT Exclusive, Zero-Rated Transaction, for a period of one (1) year or upon exhaustion of the contract price whichever comes first, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Services for Catering for Learning and Development Sessions/Conferences/Meetings/Special Events.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
