The Mindanao Tourism Expo (MTEX) is an annual flagship event of the Department of Tourism that aims to strengthen collaboration, connectivity, and cultural appreciation among the Mindanao regions. Now on its fourth year, the Department of Tourism Region XII (SOCCSKSARGEN) will host the 4th Mindanao Tourism Expo (MTEX 2026) on April 17-20, 2026 at SM City General Santos. Anchored on the theme “One Mindanao, Many Destinations, ” the expo celebrates the island-s rich diversity of tourism products, cultures, and traditions while promoting stronger collaboration among regions to position Mindanao as a unified, competitive, and sustainable destination.
