Description : TRANSPORTATION SERVICES RENTAL Scope of Services:
The Service Provider agrees to lease/rent at least four (4)
buses, with a minimum of 48 seats, air-conditioned, clean,
comfortable, presentable, and in good running condition
These buses will be used for the transportation of different
delegations billeted in the 1st District, during the 2024 Caraga
Regional Athletic Games, to and from the billeting quarters and
playing venues
Daily rate for each bus stands at Php 41, 000.00, for a period of
six (6) days
Under the 1st District are the following delegations:
o Division of Agusan del Sur
o Division of Surigao del Norte
o Division of Bayugan City
o Division of Dinagat Islands
o Division of Siargao and
o Division of Surigao City.
Specifications:
1. The buses shall be maintained in accordance with the
approved LTFRB technical safety certificate for vehicles.
2. The Service Provider must have a valid franchise from the
Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board.
