BACKGROUND/RATIONALE :
The Human Resource Division (HRD) regularly facilitates the convening of meetings of various Human Resource (HR)-
related committees, such as Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (HRMPSB), Program on Awards
and Incentive for Service Excellence (PRAISE), Grievance Committee, Employee-Management Committee (EMC), and
Performance Management Team (PMT), among others, as well other HR activities being conducted/facilitated by the
HRD.
The above-named Committees regularly convene to carry out critical functions including recruitment, selection and
promotion, performance evaluation, grievance resolution proceedings, and policy review, among others. These
