The NDC, a government-owned and controlled corporation under the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), manages a diverse portfolio of investment properties.

In pursuit of operational efficiency, transparency, and data-driven decision-making, NDC seeks to establish a comprehensive AMS to modernize and digitize the monitoring, utilization, and reporting of its investment properties.

Currently, investment property information is managed through various spreadsheets, documents, and manual reports maintained by the NDC Asset Management Group (AMG) and other operating units. This decentralized setup limits data integrity, hampers timely decision-making, and increases the risk of redundancy or data loss.
