The subject of the procurement is the acquisition of the Service Design service for use by the registered shareholders of the City of Helsinki and Helsinki Konsernihankinta Oy. These are HAM Helsinki art museum foundation sr (3272340-6), Helsinki kaupungin asunnot Oy (2379058-6), Helsinki Kaupunktilat Oy (3226884-5), Helsinki Senior Foundation (1729947-5), Helsinki Partners Oy (3209009-8) and Korkeasaari Zoo Foundation (2864471-3). The procurement is divided into three areas. The procurement will form a framework arrangement for the following for sub-areas: Section 1: Design of services and organization, for which eight (8) service providers are selected, unless there are fewer suppliers who meet the requirements. Sub-Area 2: Digital Design for which four (4) service providers will be selected, unless there are fewer suppliers who meet the requirements. Sub-area 3: Designing service environments, for which six (6) service providers are selected, unless there are fewer suppliers who meet the requirements. You can submit an offer for one or more sub-areas. For everyone separate selections are made for the sub-area. The maximum value of the acquisition before VAT is 17 million euros. The acquisition includes the actual contract period of two (2) years and two (2) one (1) year option periods. The customer is not committed to any purchase quantities.
