Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SERVERS TO SUPPORT C3, CRC, SCAMSAFE, AND TMC-S IN-HOUSE SYSTEMS
1) The Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center (CICC), through the GAA 2026 - Current Appropriation intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Pesos (₱8, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Servers to Support C3, CRC, ScamSafe, and TMC-s In-House Systems with Bid Reference No. BAC-2026-12. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The CICC now invites bids for the Procurement of Servers to Support C3, CRC, ScamSafe, and TMC-s In-House Systems using the Most Economically Advantageous Responsive Bid (MEARB) criterion. Delivery of the Goods is required within forty-five (45) days upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP)], with a contract duration of one (1) year(s) upon activation.
