Procurement of seriousness follow-up system The purpose is to acquire a cloud-based (SaaS) solution that can, to the greatest extent possible, contribute to the Customer being able to take care of legal and regulatory requirements related to the Norwegian model, including the requirements for electronic crew lists in § 15 of the Builders' Regulations, the control obligations linked to, among other things, pay and working conditions, as well as follow-up of the Oslo model's seriousness requirements. During 2026, the customer must revise the seriousness requirements, which may lead to changes in the municipality's follow-up needs. The solution must therefore be flexible and scalable for the municipality. This means, among other things, that the Customer: * Can apply the solution to the contract areas that are particularly exposed in relation to workplace crime and social dumping, both now and in the future the future * Can cooperate with other public authorities in the follow-up of workplace crime and social dumping * Can take care of other needs that are closely related to this type of follow-up The solution must be built for high availability, care of privacy as well as support automated data processing in real time where possible, so that the Customer can take care of his responsibilities in an efficient and secure way. The solution should also be user-friendly with a low response time, simple navigation and limited workflow risk of incorrect registrations as well as flexible in relation to compilation and visualization of relevant data.
