3.WARRANTY SHALL BE FOR A PERIOD OF SIx (6) MONTHS FOR SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS, ONE (1) YEAR FOR EQUIPMENT, FROM THE DATE OF ACCEPTANCE BY THE PROCURING ENTITY.
4.PRICE VALIDITY SHALL BE FOR PERIOD OF THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS.
5.BIDDERS MUST HAVE A LANDBANK ACCOUNT.
6.PHILGEPS REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE, TAx CLEARANCE, MAYOR-S PERMIT SHALL BE ATTACHED UPON SUBMISSION OF QUOTATION IN TWO (2) COPIES.
7. BIDDERS SHALL SUBMIT ORIGINAL BROCHURE SHOWING CERTIFICATIONS OF THE PRODUCT BEING OFFERED.
8.ALL REQUEST FOR QUOTATION NOT RECEIVED AFTER THREE (3) DAYS WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.

10.DELIVERY MUST BE DONE WITHIN 3 DAYS AFTER SUPPLIER HAVE SIGNED THE PURCHASE ORDER.
