1) The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the budget for the contract approved
by the Sanggunian through an appropriation ordinance for the year 2026 intends
to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Pesos Only (P 15, 000, 000.00) being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Self
Loader Truck for Use of Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management
Office (2026-000595 REBIDDING). Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot
shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Provincial Procurement Management
Unit, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is
required within 90 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have
