Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF SEEDLINGS AND PLANTING MATERIALS FOR FOREST CARBON AND BIODIVERSITY ENHANCEMENT IN TARLAC
1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Sixty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php 1, 067, 500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Seedlings and Planting Materials for Forest Carbon and Biodiversity Enhancement in Tarlac / B-G-2025-151. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
