Procurement of security services with SOC/IRT/MDR/MSS In order to strengthen the ability to detect, notify and handle IT incidents, the Norwegian Mapping Authority (Client) must acquire a 24/7/365 service for proactive security monitoring and support for incident management of IT security incidents in the Client's IT environment. This involves entering into a partnership with a supplier that delivers a service that takes care of security monitoring, detection and incident management, where the security partner can also provide Client quick access to specialist expertise for assistance in the event of major security incidents (IRT team). Services that contain elements from various categories of security services are in demand, such as MSS (managed security services), SOC (security operations centre), IRT (incident response team) and MDR (managed detection & response) It is expected to have proactive monitoring, and notification and partial handling of vulnerabilities, and not just reactive handling in the event of major unwanted incidents. The service to be acquired is cosourcing and vulnerabilities and incidents must be resolved in collaboration with the Mapping Authority's staff and partly in the Mapping Authority's infrastructure. The Mapping Authority already has established security and operational environments, and the acquisition must therefore focus on integration, operational interaction and further development.
