Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES OF PRO IVB
1) The PhilHealth Regional Office IV-B, through the Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million, Fifty -Two Thousand, One Hundred Eighty-Eight Pesos and 69/100 (Php 14, 052, 188.69) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Security Services of PRO IV-B. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PhilHealth Regional Office IV-B now invites bids for above Procurement Project using Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of services shall take effect upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed by the winning bidder. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
