1) The West Visayas State University - Pototan Campus, through the Special Trust Fund 2026 (Fund 164) intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety Pesos and 20/100 (Php1, 008, 790.20) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Security Services (Nine (9) Security Guards for Five (5) Months). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
