The object of the procurement is guarding services related to the personal safety and property security of the Southern Ostrobothnia welfare area, such as on-demand guarding, alarm guarding, local guarding and district guarding services, and alarm center service and alarm button service in accordance with the request for tender and its attachments the purpose is to guarantee the safety of employees, customers and patients of the welfare area and secure access to help threatening procurement is divided into six areas: 1. Southern area: Kurikka, Jalasjärvi, Jurva, Ilmajoki, Kauhajoki, Karijoki, Teuva, Isojoki)2. Central area: Seinäjoki (Nurmo, Peräseinäjoki, Ylistaro), Isokyrö, Seinäjoki (Eskoo)3. Northern region: Kauhava (Ylihärmä, Alahärmä), Lapua, Evijärvi, Alajärvi, Vimpeli, Lehtimäki, Lappajärvi4. Seinäjoki family center5. Hospital campus (Seinäjoki Central Hospital, Y-talo, M-talo and Mediwest)6. Kuusiokuntien area (Alavus, Kuortane, Soini, Ähtäri) The contract period is limited 1.6.2026 - 31.5.2028 (this is the target schedule, the contract period starts within the deadlines for the bidding process). It is possible to extend the contract after the fixed-term contract period with an option period valid for an indefinite period. The contract period is however, valid for a maximum of 6 years from the beginning of the contract period.
