1. The Carlos Hilado Memorial State College, through the Corporate Budget for the Contract of 2022 approved by the governing Board, intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS & 00/100 (Php 6, 800, 000.00) ONLY, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR THE FOUR (4) CAMPUSES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
