Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR CY 2026 (EPA)

(DOT-BAC-IB NO. 2025-021)



1) The Department Of Tourism (DOT), through the National Expenditure Program intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Six Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos (₱14, 628, 900.00), inclusive of applicable taxes being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Security Services for CY 2026 (EPA) (DOT-BAC-IB NO. 2025-021). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2) The DOT now invites bids for the Procurement of Security Services for CY 2026 using the Early Procurement Activitiy. Contract duration is from 01 January - 31 December 2025 months upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
