Procurement of Security Services for CY 2026
ITB No. 2025-11-002
1.The Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office of Capiz through the General Appropriations Act for CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php 1, 287, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Procurement of Security Services for CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office of Capiz, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for Procurement of Security Services for CY 2026. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II of Instructions to Bidders.
