The Iloilo Science and Technology University (ISAT U) through the Office of the BIDS and AWARDS COMMITTEE, intends to procure the PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES for the CY 2026, with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Nine Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 930, 000.00) in accordance with Section 34 - Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
2. The Procurement Mechanism to be used is “Per Lot”
3. Please submit your duly signed quotation addressed to the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Chairperson, subject to the compliance with the Terms and Conditions provided on this Request for Quotation (RFQ),
on or before 5:00 PM of __August 4, 2026, at the Procurement Management Office (PMO) - BAC Secretariat Office, ISAT U-DC, PDMS, Dumangas, Iloilo. Quotations may also be submitted through email at the address and contact numbers indicated below.
