A RESOLUTION JUSTIFYING AND RECOMMENDING FOR APPROVAL OF SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT AS A MODE OF PROCUREMENT FOR SECURITY SERVICES
WHEREAS, CHRISTINE GRACE G. GONZAGA, the Chairperson of the Board of Discipline, requested for Security Services from March to December 2026. Furthermore, the said resolution shall be renewable.
WHEREAS, the said request was approved by the School Principal as the Head of the Procuring Entity and presented to the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC).
WHEREAS, the Total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Two Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 240, 000.00), the specifications to be procured is listed in the approved Purchase Request.
