DENR - PENRO Misamis Occidental
In accordance with the provisions of Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as “An Act Strengthening the Government Procurement System, ” and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) - Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO) Misamis Occidental, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), hereby invites qualified and duly licensed Security Agencies to submit quotations for the:
Procurement of Security Services for Calendar Year (CY) 2026
This procurement shall be undertaken through Small Value Procurement as provided under RA 12009 and its IRR.
The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱900, 000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes, labor costs, administrative expenses, statutory contributions, and other incidental costs. Quotations exceeding the ABC shall be automatically disqualified.
