The Commission on Human Rights (CHR), through its Bids and Awards Committee for the Alternative Methods of Procurement (BAC-AMP), intends to procure SECURITY SERVICES through Section 34.1 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009 with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Million Five Hundred Thousand pesos only (Php 1, 500, 000.00) under the approved 2026 GAA of CHR pursuant to the 2026 CHR Annual Procurement Plan (APP).
