Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES

1) The West Visayas State University - Janiuay Campus, through the NEP 2026 and Special Trust Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Twenty-One Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Seven Pesos and Forty Centavos (PhP1, 221, 977.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Security Services. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2) The West Visayas State University - Janiuay Campus now invites bids for Procurement of Security Services. Delivery of the Goods is required January 01 to December 31, 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least Five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
