Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY GUARD SERVICES FOR CY 2026
1. The CONRADO F. ESTRELLA REGIONAL MEDICAL AND TRAUMA CENTER (CFERMTC), through the General Appropriations Act 2026, intends to apply the sum of Six Million, Three Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Pesos (P 6, 336, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Security Guard Services for CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The CONRADO F. ESTRELLA REGIONAL MEDICAL AND TRAUMA CENTER now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Services is required from February 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
