Description : 1) The Municipality of Sariaya, through the budget approved by the Sangguninag Bayan of Sariaya intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Pesos only (PhP 7, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF SEA AMBULANCE WITH COMPLETE ACCESSORIES - NAVIGATION, RESCUE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT INCLUDING TRAILER TRUCK. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Sariaya now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT OF SEA AMBULANCE WITH COMPLETE ACCESSORIES - NAVIGATION, RESCUE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT INCLUDING TRAILER TRUCK 6. Delivery of the Goods shall be based on the Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
