Interested eligible bidders may obtain the bidding document and further information at the Procurement Division, Ministry of Education, 05th Floor, Isurupaya, Battaramulla during office hours from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on working days from 03.10.2022 to 21.10.2022.
Qualification requirements include the manufacturers who have been registered under the Ministry

of Industries and possess textile weaving facilities. Additional details are provided in the bidding document.
A complete set of bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 100, 000/- and the method of payment will be by cash.
Bids must be delivered to the address mentioned in (4) above at or before 2.00 p.m. on 25.10.2022

and bidders who do not wish to send their bids under registered post, they may deposit the Bids in the

Tender Box at the address above. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the

bidders- representatives who choose to attend in person at the address given above after closing of bid.

Pre-bid meeting will be held at 10.30 a.m., on 13.10.2022 in the Board room, 05th Floor of the Ministry

of Education, Bidders are invited to participate in this meeting.
