Request for quotation from the city of Parkano (=customer) regarding school transport. The procurement concerns elementary school and preschool school transportation. At the beginning of the contract period, approximately 150 children are covered by the transport. At the end of the contract period, within the scope of transport estimated to be approx. 130 children. The acquisition is divided into two targets. Items 1-5 are regular school transports. Items 6-8 are transports that can be ordered separately, e.g. trips, visits, pool transportation, temporary student transportation, etc. occasional transports. The customer reserves the opportunity to tender separately for individual students, e.g. long-term regular transportation of special children. School transport takes place during school hours, approx. 185 days a year. Subscriber informs the school's operating hours each year in advance. The duration of the contract based on the acquisition is 1 August 2026-30 June 2029. The contract includes an option to extend the contract for two twelve-month periods. Total contract duration options inclusive is 59 months. The value of the acquisition, including options, is 2.25 million euros.
