Procurement of SCHOOL SUPPLIES AND OTHER INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS to be used by LSB/SEF
The City Government of Digos invites suppliers to submit Quotations for the purchase of School Supplies and other Instructional Materials use by Office of the LSB/SEF. Please refer to the associated components for the list of supplies.
A hard copy of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) may be obtained from the City General Services Office.
Quotations must be duly signed, sealed, properly labeled, and submitted on or before the indicated closing date and time, addressed to the BAC Chairman.
Required Documents:

• SEC/DTI/CDA Registration
• Tax Clearance Certificate
• Other documents as may be required by the BAC
