Description : The BARANGAY OLD CABALAN, Olongapo City, through its Approved Annual Budget for FY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱300, 000.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Procurement of School Supplies (BOC-GOODS-2026-03). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The BARANGAY OLD CABALAN now invites bids from eligible bidders for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods shall be made on a one-time basis, on or before May 18, 2026. Payment shall be made after complete delivery, subject to inspection and acceptance by the end-user.
The Supplier shall ensure that all goods are free from defects and shall replace any defective or non-conforming items within a reasonable period from notice.
Bidders should have completed, within one (1) year prior to the deadline for submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
