Procurement of School Kits for Distribution to Elementary Students in the City of Tarlac
1) The City Government of Tarlac, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Forty-Nine Million Five Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Pesos Only (Php 49, 576, 960.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of School Kits for Distribution to Elementary Students in the City of Tarlac. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Tarlac now invites bids for School Kits. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) days. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
