1. The Government of the Philippines (GOP), through the RA 11975 GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT Regular 2024 CONTINUING intends to apply the sum of PESOS: One Million Four Hundred Seventy-One Thousand Seventy-Nine & 45/100 (Php 1, 471, 079.45) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement for the Scheduled PMS of M/B Mutya ng Pasig 1, M/B Mutya ng Pasig 2, M/B Bridgetowne, M/B Iswims, M/B Phileco, M/B Soledad D and M/B Vicente D. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
