Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 05 [Five] years. (2) A satisfactory completion of transformer On Load Tap Changer (OLTC) Inspection, Servicing and Maintenance works of at least Tk 30, 00, 000.00 [Taka Thirty Lac Only] under 02 [Two] Number of contracts over a period of 05 [Five] years shall be required. (3) The tenderer must have satisfactory work experience in MR - Reinhausen On Load Tap Changer (OLTC) Inspection, Servicing, and Maintenance for minimum 100 MVA transformers. (4) The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk 25, 00, 000.00 [Taka Twenty-Five Lac Only] over the last 05 [Five] years. (5) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 20, 00, 000.00 [Taka Twenty Lac Only] that must be issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT Notice in the e-GP Website. (6) The Tenderer should have a valid Trade license, be financially solvent, an Income Tax payee & legal capacity to enter into the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Procurement policy-2015 of Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Ltd.
