The Presidential Management Staff (PMS), through the Administrative Service - Procurement Management Division (AS-PMD), intends to procure Satellite Phones with Prepaid Load for FY 2026 with an Approved Budget for the Contract amounting to One Million Two Hundred Forty-Six Thousand One Hundred Forty Pesos (PhP1, 246, 140.00) through Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 12009.
Please submit your duly signed quotation form including the Terms and Conditions (Annex A) together with the following documents not later than 10 August 2026 at 2:00 PM:
a. PhilGEPS Registration Number;
b. Mayor-s/Business Permit;
c. Income/Business Tax Return;
d. Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement and if applicable, Original Notarized Secretary-s Certificate in case of a corporation, partnership, or cooperative; or Original Special Power of Attorney .
