Procurement of SAP License for the needs of SZRB, a. with Description: The subject of the order is the supply of permanent On-premise licenses for SAP S/4 HANA, for the needs of the public procurer; including SW maintenance/maintenance services for a period of 48 months from the date of delivery of the S/4 HANA software for the company's ERP information system on the SAP S4HANA platform. At the same time, the subject of the contract is also the procurement of SW maintenance/maintenance services for SAP ERP/Banking (BIS SAP) for the period of 2026 - 2027, max. until the end of the calendar year 2029, which the public procurer is currently using on the basis of the License Agreement for the Software License Agreement dated 22/08/2005 with the company SLOVAKODATA, a.s., ID: 31367763, registered office: Kutlikova 17, 850 00 Bratislava, which is the supplier of this software and the provider of this services. Under SW maintenance services (SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Maintenance and SAP ERP/Banking Enterprise Maintenance), the public procurer understands the provision of authorization to download fixes, patches, support packages and enhancement packages from the manufacturer. The public procurer does not require the provision of customization adjustments, the implementation of repairs or implementation work on the part of the applicant. In 2026, the public procurer will require the provision of SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Maintenance and SAP ERP/Banking services Enterprise Maintenance for the period from 1.7.2026 to 31.12.2026, i.e. j. in the scope of 6 months.
