The Local Government Unit of Kabugao, through Resolution No. 99 Series of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Fifty-Eight Thousand One Hundred Seventy Pesos (Php 58, 170.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Road Decorations for the 113th Kabugao Founding Anniversary Celebration under Contract No. SF Goods 2026-188. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
