1. The Municipality of Malabuyoc, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Seventy-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Pesos only (PhP 2, 779, 920.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Rice Subsidy in Support of Nutrition Programs and Projects with Advertisement Number 2026-042. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
