PROCUREMENT OF RICE FOR SENIOR CITIZEN
IB No. 2026-04-06-GOODS
1. The Municipal Government of Calumpit, through the General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos Only (P 2, 520, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF RICE FOR SENIOR CITIZEN (Project ID No. 2026-04-06-GOODS). The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the appropriation for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Calumpit now invites bids for the above-entitled Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of the Bidding Documents. Bidders should have completed within the period of April 15, 2022 to April 14, 2026 a contract similar to the Project.
