PROCUREMENT OF RICE FOR PAKARADYAN FESTIVAL RAFFLE
1) The LGU Malapatan, through the AIP CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Pesos Only Php 400, 000, 00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Rice for Pakaradyan Raffle. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
