Description : 1. The Municipality of Veruela, through the Indicative Annual Budget for FY 2026 / MPOC Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 1, 250, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Rice (Support to Detachment) / PR No. 2025-611-975. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Veruela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Fifteen (15) Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
