INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF RICE FOR COMMUNITY-BASED RICE RETAILING BUSINESS
1. The BLGU-CENTRALA, through the TRUST FUND, 2022 (intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY PESOS ONLY (PHP 120, 000.00) as an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF RICE FOR COMMUNITY-BASED RICE RETAILING BUSINESS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BLGU-CENTRALA now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT OF RICE FOR COMMUNITY-BASED RICE RETAILING BUSINESS. Delivery of the Goods is required on JULY 10, 2023.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
