PROCUREMENT OF RICE ASSISTANCE FOR SENIOR CITIZENS
• Locally harvested Longping/Jasmine or its equivalent
• 80/20 ratio of whole vs. broken grains
• Well-milled, no blending with other varieties, long slender and white with soft texture
• Without any non-rice element; no impurities; no foul odor
• Random rice samples for testing shall be selected by the LGU-Quezon
