The City Government of Lamitan, through the Office of the City Mayor under Local Government Support Fund (LGSF)-Financial Assistance to LGUs, FY 2026 GAA, RA.12314 intends to apply the sum of PHILIPPINE PESO: SEVENTEEN MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY PESOS (Php 17, 999, 720.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF RICE FOR ASSISTANCE TO INDIGENT INDIVIDUALS/FAMILIES-FOOD ASSISTANCE/RICE DISTRIBUTION PROJECT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
