1) The City Government of Olongapo, through the Local Fund of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Sixty Three Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Two Pesos Only (P/963, 942.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF RICE AND GROCERY SUPPLIES FOR PROJECT SCAM SHIELD 2026 FOR THE ELDERLY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
