Invitation to Bid for the Procurement of Rice
The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves, through the Budget for the Contract approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of four million nine hundred ninety-nine thousand eight hundred pesos (Php 4, 999, 800.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Procurement of Rice. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot/item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves now invites bids for Rice to be used for Rice Assistance. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
