FOR
PROCUREMENT OF RICE
1.The Local Government Unit of Tarragona, through the Local Government Support Fund (LGSF) FY 2026, intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED PESOS (₱ 4, 999, 700.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the PROCUREMENT OF RICE for the Food Assistance/Rice Distribution Project to families in this municipality. Pursuant to the New Government Procurement Act (RA 12009) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF TARRAGONA now invites bids for the Procurement of Rice, in accordance with the following specifications:
