PROCUREMENT OF RICE
1.
The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT-LANGIDEN, ABRA, through Local Government Support Fund of 2026, intends to apply the sum of Ten million Pesos (Php 10, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for LGSF2026G1: PROCUREMENT OF RICE, Langiden, Abra. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT-LANGIDEN, ABRA now invites bids for the Procurement of Rice. Delivery of Goods is required within 45 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in the Instruction to Bidders.
3.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Act”.
