INVITATION TO BID
PROCUREMENT OF RICE
1. The LGU VERUELA intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 14, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Rice. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. LGU Veruela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Fifteen (15) calendar days upon Supplier-s receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years (January 2023 to January 2025) prior to the deadline for the submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. For this purpose, similar contracts shall refer to Rice. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
