Terms and Condition:
1. All entries must be type written or legibly written.
2. Delivery period within 30CD upon receipt of the approved Notice to Proceed. Administrative penalties pursuant to Sec. 99 of the IRR of RA 12009 shall be imposed for non-delivery without valid reason.
3. PhilGeps Registration, Certificate/Mayor-s Permit/DTI Registration, Omnibus Sworn Statement, Tax Clearance/ITR shall be attached upon submission of the quotation.
4. The BAC will conduct the Procurement Process in accordance to the IRR of RA 12009.
5. Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be rejected at the opening.
