Supply Labor and materials for the reqinding and reconditioning of 1-unit 60HP vertical turbine centrifugal pump motor, 230/460 Vac, 3-phase, 60hz.
Scope of works:
1. Rewinding of damaged coils.
2. Complete insulation of coils and connections, and tagging of motor leads.
3. Baking of core/coil assembly.
4. Replacement of thrust and roller bearings.
5. Replacement of turbine oil.
6. Cleaning of motor housing, scraping of old paint and rust, and application of one epoxy primer paint and two coats of automotive gray color paint.
7. The bidder shall restore the original rating of the motor as indicated on the nameplate.
8. The supplier shall be required to witness the testing at MCWD pump testing facility.
9. The supplier shall issue a warranty certificate.
